Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for everyone.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute to inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
