Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Associate to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the team to provide exceptional service.
Position Details:
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
- Contribute feedback on products and inventory to management.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 18 years old.
- Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
