Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Stocking Associate to join the ALDI team and enhance the customer shopping experience. As part of our collaborative environment, you will be responsible for operating registers or machinery, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and providing excellent service to customers. This role offers a dynamic work environment with new experiences daily.
Position Details
- Type: Part-Time
- Hours: Less than 30 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with leaders.
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of documents and data.
- Perform cashier duties including processing purchases and ensuring clean and organized displays.
- As a Stocker, responsibilities include proper product rotation and organization, following merchandising guidelines, and operating machinery safely.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to deliver courteous customer service and uphold company standards.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team setting.
- Prior retail experience and knowledge of products preferred.
