Stocker/Cashier (Part-Time)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Stocker/Cashier at Aldi. As a Stocker, you will be responsible for maintaining organized shelves, rotating products, and ensuring a fresh supply for our customers. Cashier responsibilities include processing purchases, providing excellent customer service, and adhering to cash handling policies. This role offers a dynamic work environment where each day brings new challenges.

Part-Time (Fewer than 30 hours per week)

Starting Wage

$16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information.
• Maintain store security, confidentiality, and cleanliness.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and create attractive displays.
• Operate machinery and follow safety procedures.
• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional service.
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.

Physical Demands

Must be able to sit, stand, bend, reach, lift, and carry items. Ability to operate equipment and lift up to 45 pounds.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Knowledge of company products and services.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent. Combination of education and retail experience is beneficial.
