Job Title: Stocker/Cashier (Part-Time)

Join the collaborative team at ALDI as a Cashier or Stocker to enhance the customer shopping experience. As a vital part of our workforce, you will be responsible for operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and providing excellent customer service.

Position Type:

Part-Time

Average Hours:

Fewer than 30 hours per week

Starting Wage:

$17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to direct leader.
• Uphold security and confidentiality of documents and data within the responsible area.
• Perform additional assigned duties.

Cashier Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness.
• Stock shelves neatly and provide exceptional customer service.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Stocker Responsibilities:

• Stock shelves with fresh products and create well-organized displays.
• Operate machinery and follow safety procedures.

Physical Demands:

Required to sit, stand, bend, lift, and walk. Ability to stock merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures, excellent communication, and teamwork skills.
• Education and Experience:
• High School Diploma preferred. Previous retail experience is a plus.
