Job Description

We are looking for a part-time Stocker/Cashier to join our collaborative team at ALDI. As a Stocker, you will be responsible for stocking shelves, creating merchandise displays, and ensuring the products are fresh for our customers. Cashiers will handle customer purchases, maintain a clean store environment, and provide excellent customer service. Both roles require effective communication, attention to detail, and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities

Cashier Responsibilities:

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor inventory and report any issues to management.
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Stocker Responsibilities:

  • Stock shelves with fresh products and create attractive displays.
  • Handle new inventory and ensure a tidy sales floor.
  • Operate machinery following safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
