Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Shift Lead for our Quick Service establishment at Jack's Grill/Fat Tomato Pizza Company. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining kitchen efficiency by managing positions, ensuring timely ticket calling, monitoring food prep levels, and overseeing plating standards.

Responsibilities

• Assign and supervise staff according to the positioning chart.
• Control kitchen pace to optimize ticket times.
• Maintain adequate prep levels and prevent food shortages.
• Delegate prep and cleaning tasks as necessary.
• Ensure proper plating of all dishes.
• Schedule timely breaks for staff.
• Support Shift Lead/General Manager in team morale upkeep.
• Enforce safety protocols.
• Complete all checklists and prep lists.
