Associate Director, Medical Science Liaison (Remote)

Job Description

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is looking for an Associate Director, Medical Science Liaison (MSL) focusing on Hematology-Oncology. This strategic leadership role entails managing a team of MSLs, delivering field-based medical support aligned with product objectives, and cultivating thought leaders in academic and clinical medicine.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop MSLs to support high performance and strategic alignment.
• Maintain clear territory engagement plans and ensure reporting of clinical insights.
• Promote collaboration within the team and with customers to address challenges and establish partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and healthcare regulations in all activities.

Requirements

• MD, PharmD, PhD degree or equivalent with experience in Oncology preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience with leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Field-based position requiring up to 60% travel.

Benefits
