Senior Manager, Field Analytics and Operations, Sleep

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Senior Manager, Field Analytics and Operations to join Jazz Pharmaceuticals. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering field force analytics and operational effectiveness to support the Sleep BU under the US Business Operations and Analytics department. Your duties will involve field target planning, process optimization, analytics, performance measurement, and technology solutions for the field force.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead field force effectiveness initiatives and customer targeting strategies.
• Design and implement customer call planning and targeting tools to evaluate field force productivity.
• Operationalize KPIs and metrics through data platforms and manage performance reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Market Access teams.
• Partner with Data Strategy and Commercial IS teams to enhance business analytics capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience with pharmaceutical data sources like IQVIA or Symphony.
• Strong business acumen and proficiency in tools like Tableau, Alteryx, Veeva, and MDM.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and analyze large datasets effectively.
• Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred.
• 5+ years experience in sales analytics or operations in the pharmaceutical industry.

Compensation

Jazz Pharmaceuticals offers a competitive total compensation package including a base pay range of $128,000-$192,000, annual cash bonus or incentive compensation, equity grants, medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k plan, and flexible vacation options.
