Senior Director, Pharmacometrics (Remote)

Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of Senior Director, Pharmacometrics at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. As a Senior Director, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic leadership in the design, oversight, analysis, and reporting of pharmacometrics programs for small and large molecule compounds in oncology. This is a remote position that offers an exciting opportunity to work in a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to developing life-changing medicines for patients in need.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, preparation, and review of pharmacometrics-related drug development plans and regulatory filings
• Apply model-informed drug development principles to guide decision-making
• Manage multiple priorities and seek viable solutions to resolve conflicts
• Build and lead a pharmacometrics team, including talent acquisition and development
• Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines and ensure high-quality review of deliverables
• Represent Jazz as a subject matter expert in interactions with regulatory agencies and evaluations of in-licensing candidates

Requirements

• PhD in pharmaceutical sciences, engineering, statistics, mathematics, or a related field
• 12+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
• Proficiency in quantitative analyses using common pharmacometrics software
• Prior experience in applying model-informed drug development in different therapeutic areas
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in oncology is preferred

Compensation

For US-based candidates, the full base pay range is $220,000-$330,000, with additional annual cash bonus, equity grants, and comprehensive benefits.
