Job Description
We are looking for a Scheduler / Billing professional to join our team at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. As a Community Program Center for Women's Health Clinical Materials Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate charge capture, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining materials records. This is a full-time day shift position with a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily charge capture activities with a focus on precision.
- Collaborate with department and hospital leadership to address materials and billing issues.
- Generate and distribute usage reports, and maintain Charge Master records.
- Schedule OR and delivery cases on the labor and delivery floor.
- Propose project solutions to the CDM/Materials teams and management.
- Demonstrate ownership of tasks and complete assigned duties efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and demonstrate a commitment to service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work or school experience necessary.
- Healthcare-related degree and professional experience in revenue cycle or clinical operations preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration desirable.
- Prior billing or scheduling experience is an advantage.
