Job Description

We are looking for a Scheduler / Billing professional to join our team at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. As a Community Program Center for Women's Health Clinical Materials Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate charge capture, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining materials records. This is a full-time day shift position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily charge capture activities with a focus on precision.
  • Collaborate with department and hospital leadership to address materials and billing issues.
  • Generate and distribute usage reports, and maintain Charge Master records.
  • Schedule OR and delivery cases on the labor and delivery floor.
  • Propose project solutions to the CDM/Materials teams and management.
  • Demonstrate ownership of tasks and complete assigned duties efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and demonstrate a commitment to service.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant work or school experience necessary.
  • Healthcare-related degree and professional experience in revenue cycle or clinical operations preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration desirable.
  • Prior billing or scheduling experience is an advantage.
