Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains a clean and organized environment while providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, restocking shelves, assisting customers, and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and uphold company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred but not required.
