Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with team members to enhance the shopping experience for customers.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
- Assist customers, process purchases, and maintain a neat store appearance.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Monitor inventory and provide feedback on products.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
- High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
