Sales Advisor

Job Description

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Sales Advisor to join the Treeo Senior Living team at Leisure Care managed communities. As a Sales Advisor, you will be instrumental in fostering relationships with prospective residents, family members, and referral sources, showcasing the unique benefits of our retirement community, and facilitating the sales process to ensure successful move-ins.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough discovery sessions to understand the needs of prospects.
• Lead guided tours for potential residents and family members, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience.
• Maintain the readiness of the building and model apartments for tours.
• Manage and execute sales and marketing activities through various channels.
• Maintain an accurate prospect database and engage in proactive follow-up activities.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for the community to drive sales.

Requirements

• Demonstrated passion for sales and customer service.
• Preferred minimum of two years of experience in a similar sales role.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
