We are looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers by maintaining the store's appearance, assisting with purchases, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Merchandise products and keep shelves organized
• Handle customer purchases and provide excellent service
• Collaborate with team members and report to store management
• Contribute to inventory management and store cleanliness
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
• Prior retail experience is beneficial
