Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and contributing to a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and ensure merchandise displays are organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
