Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Monitor inventory and report issues to management
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
