Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance and providing outstanding customer service. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain product displays.
• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
