Job Description

We are looking for a Restaurant General Manager to lead our Burger King restaurant with operational excellence and customer-centric leadership. As an energetic leader, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, team management, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of managers and crew members to ensure successful restaurant operations in People, Profitability, and Operations areas.
  • Provide high-level leadership and guidance to create a customer-oriented and collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure excellent customer service, efficient transactions, and a friendly dining experience for all patrons.
  • Adhere to company policies, state laws, and maintain high standards in all operational procedures.
  • Handle human resource functions including staffing, training, scheduling, and supervision while complying with HR policies and laws.
  • Address customer complaints courteously, work professionally with vendors, and uphold company standards.

Requirements

We seek individuals with a minimum of 2 years of fast-food restaurant management experience, 5 years in restaurant roles, and a passion for career growth. Candidates should possess ServSafe Food Safety Certification, a valid driver's license, and eligibility to work in the United States.
