Rental Quality Assurance Representative

Job Description

We are currently hiring for the position of Rental Quality Assurance Representative at Avis Budget Group. As part of our energetic team, you will be responsible for inspecting our rental cars to ensure they meet quality standards, assisting customers, and maintaining vehicle status records. No prior experience is required, and we provide on-the-job training to all new hires.

Responsibilities

• Inspect interior and exterior of rental cars to ensure quality standards are met.
• Enter vehicle information into a mobile handheld device.
• Coordinate the movement of vehicles within airport lots.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills including typing and data entry.
• Willingness to work outdoors and flexibility for all shifts.
