Registered Nurse (RN) - Pediatrics - $32-58 per hour

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Pediatrics to join our team at Atrium Health. In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, coordinating operations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This position offers an opportunity to work in a cutting-edge pediatric hematology/oncology & bone marrow transplant unit, contributing to the care of high acuity patients in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assist in daily operations.
• Coordinate patient care/outcomes and allocate resources effectively.
• Participate in program development, patient, physician, and employee interaction, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain clinical competency.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in the appropriate state.
• Minimum of two years nursing experience preferred.
• BSN required, and previous management experience is a plus.
