Registered Nurse (RN) Field Nurse Home Care - In Person Event 5/13

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join ChristianaCare HomeHealth. The successful candidate will provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community, with a focus on IV proficiency and comprehensive care planning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients.
• Develop patient-centered care plans and discharge strategies.
• Must be proficient in IV functions or willing to undergo training.
• Support the Newark, DE area with day shift hours, weekend rotations, holidays, and on-call duties.

Requirements

• BSN required; ADN candidates to obtain BSN within 3 years.
• Current DE RN license or compact state license.
• 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
• Previous Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical experience preferred.
