Registered Nurse (RN) Field Nurse Home Care - In Person Event 5/13

ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The successful candidate will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the Newark, DE, and surrounding area, working day shift hours, one weekend a month, 2 holidays a year, and two on-call shifts a month.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients in the community.
• Develop patient-centered care plans and discharge plans.
• Must be IV proficient or willing to train for IV functions.

Requirements:

• BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain their BSN within three years of employment.
• Current DE RN license or compact state license.
• 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
• Previous Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical experience preferred.
