Registered Nurse (RN) Field Nurse Home Care - In Person Event 5/13

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Care team at ChristianaCare. As an RN Field Nurse, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, develop care plans, and ensure patient needs are met with compassion and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Offer skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients in the community.
• Develop and execute patient-centered care plans.
• Create discharge plans for patients.
• Must be IV proficient or willing to undergo training.

Requirements

• BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within 3 years of employment.
• Must hold a current DE RN license or compact state license.
• 2 years of HomeHealth RN experience within the last 12 months.
• Prior experience in Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical is preferred.
