Exeter Center is a reputable 81-bed facility located in beautiful Exeter, NH, just minutes away from Exeter Hospital. We provide short-term rehabilitation services, long-term care, and respite care to our patients.

Position Highlights

• Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team to develop effective plans of care.
• Establish realistic patient goals and evaluate outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities and supervise staff.
• Communicate patient information effectively within the team.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• CPR Certification is required.
• One to three years of RN experience in a related setting is preferred.
