Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

The University of Vermont Health Network is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Resource Department. As a Resource RN, you will have the opportunity to care for a diverse patient population across various units at the UVM Medical Center. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver top-quality care to our patients. It is essential to possess a can-do attitude, flexibility, strong communication skills, and a minimum of 2 years of direct critical care experience.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients across Medical-Surgical, Cardiology/Telemetry, Critical Care, Maternal Child units.
• Work collaboratively with RNs and LNAs to cover inpatient staffing needs.
• Provide high-quality and compassionate care to patients.
• Participate in a unique work environment that values independence and adaptability.

Requirements

• Active RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct critical care experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to work across different units.
