Responsibilities

• Provide and document skilled nursing care in accordance with care plans and physicians' orders.
• Assess patient condition, report changes, and coordinate care.
• Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families on disease processes, self-care, and prevention strategies.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification and proficiency in clinical assessments.

Preferences

• Recent clinical care experience and home health experience preferred.
