Regional Float Licensed Practical Nurse -- LPN

Job Description

Are you a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN looking for a flexible opportunity? Join our regional float nursing pool at Genesis Healthcare! As part of our team, you will deliver exceptional nursing care across various affiliated skilled nursing centers within a specific geographic area. This position offers the flexibility to work a minimum of two shifts per week, including alternate weekends or full-time hours based on availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and effective nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
• Contribute to nursing assessments, care planning, and direct patient care.
• Supervise unlicensed staff in delivering patient care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• Preferably have experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English to ensure patient and visitor safety.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required by the State.
