Regional Float Licensed Practical Nurse -- LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Regional Float Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As a Regional Float LPN, you will have the opportunity to work in multiple skilled nursing centers within a specific geographic area, providing efficient nursing care and ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective nursing care and assist in nursing assessments and care planning.
• Provide direct patient care and supervise care provided by unlicensed staff.
• Maintain current licensing and certifications as per state regulations.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current license from the State Board of Nursing.
• Preferably experienced in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
