Job Description
Are you a compassionate nurse interested in providing one-on-one care in a home health setting? Join ChristianaCare as a Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in DE. Our nurses administer medications, handle tube feedings, tracheostomy and ventilator care, and more, delivering expert and compassionate service to our patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert care to medically fragile patients.
- Coordinate care with families and healthcare providers.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Build positive relationships with patients and families.
- Work a minimum of two weekend shifts monthly.
Requirements
- DE LPN or RN license with 1 year of healthcare experience.
- Ability to attend orientation in Camden followed by field training.
- Previous home health or Long Term Care experience preferred.
- Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care a plus.
