Job Title: Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) - In-Person Event 5/13
Are you a compassionate nurse interested in providing one-on-one care to patients in a home health setting? ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking Private Duty Nurses to care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in Delaware. Our team delivers expert medical care, including specialized treatments like gastric tube feedings, tracheostomy maintenance, and ventilator support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide expert care to medically fragile patients.
- Coordinate care with families and healthcare providers.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Build positive relationships with patients and families.
- Work two weekend shifts monthly.
Requirements:
- DE LPN or RN license with 1 year of healthcare experience.
- Completion of a two-week orientation in Camden.
- Prior home health or Long Term Care experience preferred.
- Tracheostomy and ventilator experience a plus.
