Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate quality patient care in accordance with physician orders.
• Monitor and assess patient condition, reporting any changes to supervisors or physicians.
• Document all care activities and maintain accurate patient records.
• Implement and update nursing care plans based on individual patient needs.
• Provide patient education on disease management and self-care strategies.

Requirements

• 6 months of nursing experience (New Grad Program available for recent graduates).
• Active nursing license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.
