Qualifications
- Must possess a valid RN license in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- Willingness to provide in-home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one patient care in a home environment.
- Execute prescribed plans of care and maintain accurate documentation.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as directed.
- Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care with healthcare teams.
