Aveanna LPN/RN Requirements:
- 6 months experience as a practicing nurse
- Nursing License in good standing
- CPR Certification (BLS)
Essential Job Functions:
- Delivery of quality patient care in compliance with physician orders
- Continuous observation and assessment of patient condition
- Documentation of all nursing activities in a timely manner
- Implementation and update of nursing care plan
- Provision of patient education
- Compliance with Aveanna policies and regulations
- Infection control measures implementation
- Participation in educational programs for professional development
