Private Duty Nurse RN

Job Description

We are currently seeking dedicated Private Duty Nurses - LPN/RN to join our team at Aveanna Healthcare. Responsibilities

• Delivery and coordination of quality patient care in compliance with physician orders.
• Continuous observation and assessment of patient condition, reporting changes in condition to the supervisor and/or physician.
• Documentation of all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care in a timely manner.
• Participation in the development, implementation, and updating of nursing care plans.
• Taking appropriate nursing actions based on assessment and achieving expected outcomes.

Requirements

• 6 months of experience as a practicing nurse (New Grad Program available for recent graduates).
• Active Nursing License in good standing with the board.
• CPR Certification (current, Hands-on BLS).
