Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate quality patient care in compliance with physician orders.
• Observe and assess patient conditions, report changes, and document care activities.
• Participate in care planning, take necessary nursing actions, and educate patients and families.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficiency in clinical assessments and documentation.
• Attention to detail, time management, and strong organizational skills.

Preferences

• Six months of recent clinical experience as a Licensed Nurse.
• Home health experience.

Skills/Abilities

• Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and time management abilities.

Physical Requirements

Must have the ability to perform various physical tasks including lifting, repositioning patients, and responding to emergencies. Visual, hearing, and sensory acuity are essential.

Environment

LPNs/LVNs should be capable of adapting to different environments and potential exposure to various conditions and infectious diseases.
