We are currently looking for Private Duty Nurses (LPN) to join our team at Aveanna Healthcare. As a private duty nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in accordance with physician orders. Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate quality patient care based on physician orders.
• Continuously assess patient condition and report changes to the supervisor or physician.
• Document all care activities, assessments, and nursing actions accurately and promptly.
• Implement and update nursing care plans as necessary.
• Provide patient education on disease processes, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies.

Requirements

• 6 months of nursing experience (New Grad Program available for recent graduates).
• Active nursing license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification (Hands-on BLS).
• Compliance with Aveanna policies, regulations, and standards of nursing practice.
