Position: Private Duty Nurse (LPN)

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one patient care in a home environment.
• Execute physicians' prescribed plans of care and maintain compliant documentation.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care.
• Offer health promotion, teaching, and training to family members.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid LPN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 6 months hands-on nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Willingness to provide in-home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents.
