Responsibilities
- Deliver and coordinate quality patient care in compliance with physician orders.
- Continuously observe and assess patient conditions, reporting changes as necessary.
- Document all activities and nursing actions accurately and promptly.
- Implement and update nursing care plans.
- Provide patient and family education on disease processes, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies.
- Maintain competencies through educational programs and skill evaluations.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- Proficiency in clinical assessments and compliance with nursing care policies.
