Job Description

We are currently seeking compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurses (LPN) to join our team at Aveanna Healthcare. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one nursing care to patients in their home environment, executing prescribed care plans, administering medications, and supporting patient and family education.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one patient care in a home setting.
• Execute physician-prescribed care plans and document care provided accurately.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as directed.
• Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care efforts.
• Provide health education and training to family members.

Requirements

• Active LPN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 6 months hands-on nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Willingness to provide in-home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents.
