Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Private Duty Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Aveanna Healthcare. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN), you will provide skilled nursing care to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, following individual care plans and physician orders. Responsibilities
- Deliver and coordinate quality patient care in compliance with physician orders.
- Observe and assess patient condition, reporting any changes to the supervisor or physician.
- Document all nursing actions and care delivery accurately and in a timely manner.
- Participate in updating and implementing nursing care plans.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse.
- Current CPR certification.
- Proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and nursing care compliance.
Preferences
- Six months of recent experience in a clinical care setting.
- Home health experience.

- Attention to detail.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds and reposition patients.
- Physical abilities to walk, stand, bend, and perform necessary tasks.
