Responsibilities

• Deliver quality patient care in alignment with physician orders.
• Assess patient condition and communicate changes to the supervisor or physician.
• Document patient care activities accurately and promptly.
• Implement and update nursing care plans.
• Take necessary nursing actions based on assessments.
• Recognize and address changes in patient needs to prevent risks.
• Comply with Aveanna policies, regulations, and standards of care.
• Educate patients and families on self-care techniques and disease prevention.
• Stay updated on nursing competencies through educational programs and skill evaluations.

Requirements

• 6 months of nursing experience (New Grad Program available for recent graduates).
• Active nursing license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.
