Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with physician orders.
• Continuously assess patient condition and report changes to supervisors and physicians.
• Document all care activities and nursing actions promptly.
• Participate in the development and updating of nursing care plans.
• Implement appropriate nursing actions based on assessments.
• Provide patient education on disease processes, self-care, and preventive measures.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of nursing experience (New Grad Program available for recent graduates).
• Active nursing license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification (Hands-on BLS).
