One Medical, a primary care solution, is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our innovative team. As a Primary Care Physician, you will manage a diverse patient panel, conduct in-office and tele-health visits, collaborate with clinical teams, and utilize your clinical training to deliver exceptional care.

Requirements:

• Enrolled in or completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program.
• Practiced in an outpatient primary care setting for at least 2 of the last 5 years.
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• State licensed in California before start date.
