As a Physical Therapist, you will conduct assessments, provide direct patient care, and contribute to the rehabilitation process. Responsibilities

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Conduct home visit Physical Therapy assessments of referred patients.
• Provide direct patient care to assess medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation.
• Proficient in EMR documentation.
• Maintain CPR Certification.

Requirements

• Unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
• Experience with EMR documentation (Hello Note preferred).
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Ability to conduct in-person work in Brooklyn.
