Physical Therapist Requirements:

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) program.
• Hold an unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
• Conduct assessments and provide direct patient care in home settings.
• Proficient in EMR documentation.
• Hold CPR Certification.
