Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Personal Fitness Training Team Lead to join VASA Fitness. In this role, you will play a vital part in advancing the personal training business, exceeding financial targets, and providing an exceptional experience for our members. As a Personal Training Lead, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team to help members achieve their fitness goals.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a top-performing team that aligns with VASA's values and drives accountability.
• Increase acquisition of new personal training clients and improve client retention.
• Develop an agile personal training team that caters to individual client needs.
• Create a welcoming environment in and around the Personal Training Cage and engage with members, clients, and guests.
• Ensure personal training clients receive exceptional value and safe, clean training spaces.
• Foster a supportive community for personal trainers and clients, providing resources for growth and development.
• Attract new clients by forming personal relationships with VASA members.
• Coach personal trainers on consultations and recommend appropriate training packages.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales targets for attracting new clients.
• Achieve monthly sales goals for personal training services.
