Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing team aligned with VASA's core values.
• Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
• Facilitate and adjust programming to meet each client's needs with VASA's Care & Connect concepts.
• Create an approachable environment within the Personal Training Cage for a friendly and inclusive training atmosphere.
• Ensure personal training clients receive exceptional value and service.
• Foster a supportive community for personal trainers and clients through resources and growth opportunities.
• Attract new clients by building personal connections with VASA members.
• Coach personal trainers on consultations and recommended training packages.
• Work towards achieving monthly sales targets for attracting new clients.

Benefits

• Competitive compensation: Base Rate: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour, plus bonuses. Annual compensation range: $50,180 - $68,800.
