We are looking for a proactive and motivated Personal Fitness Training Team Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. As the lead of the personal training business, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our fitness financial targets by building and nurturing a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a top-performing team adhering to VASA's core values.
• Increase acquisition of new personal training clients and improve existing client retention.
• Facilitate customized training programs tailored to individual client needs.
• Engage with members and clients in a friendly, energetic, and inclusive manner.
• Provide exceptional value and service to personal training clients.
• Foster a supportive and connected community for personal trainers and clients.
• Develop relationships with VASA members to attract new clients.
• Coach personal trainers on consultations and sales techniques.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales targets.
