Position: Personal Fitness Team Lead

Job Type: Full-time, Hourly, Non-Exempt
Salary: $50,180 - $68,800 annually

Responsibilities
- Build and develop a high-performing personal training team.
- Increase acquisition of new personal training clients and improve retention.
- Facilitate personalized training sessions and adjust programming as needed.
- Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for members and clients.
- Ensure personal trainers deliver exceptional value and exceed client expectations.
- Foster a supportive community for personal trainers and clients.
- Attract new clients by forming personal relationships with members.
- Coach personal trainers on consultation and sales techniques.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Prior experience in personal training or fitness leadership role.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Passion for helping individuals achieve their fitness goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
